Another voltage ?

OK quick ?

The info for the memory I have says that it runs at 2.1 volts. And the mobo says it runs memory at 1.8v. Should the voltage be changed in bios to 2.1v?
My memory My mobo
Am I losing performance? I am not sure exactly on what to do? (No performance issues that I can tell, but I do get a flicker on my main monitor or active window when I access some files and apps.)

Everything That I know about computers I has been self taught, and fine tuning memory is one thing that I am not confident with yet.

Any info and advice will be appreciated greatly.
Thanks in advance.

I would raise it to the rated voltage that the memory is suppose to run at. Either the RAM automatically lowered it's speed to compensate, or it's struggling to stay stable at such a low voltage.

Well, your RAM is advertised as 4-4-4-12 so I'd change it to that since you've upped the voltage.
