I want to put my other HD in my computer and take the current one out. Can I just reinstall Windows XP and nothing will happen. I mean this is going to be the third time installing on a different HD but will it still work, be legal and stuff>????
As long as the main portion of the computer is the same, you should be fine. I don't think just a hard drive swap would harm anything. If it worked once, it should work again
