i ordered mine off newegg, should be arriving today UPS (i hope they don't require a sig for this item). what's everyones thoughts on the case?

reading the newegg comments, a couple things i gathered was.

1. hd bays and fan filters are slightly annoying to replace because of all the thumb screws per bay.

2. since the case is so big, i might have to buy some longer sata cables, if i want to run behind the mobo tray, for a cleaner look. also PS cables can be a concern depending on how long they are.

3. 200m top fan can be brittle and break off if accidently touched while it's operating.

4. case may or may not be loud, even on low setting, with all the fans running.

if anyone can weigh in on this stuff, i'd appreciate it. or if you have something else to add, good or bad. i'll add some input when i get home after work and i've installed everything inside.

I have the 1200 and love it. The fan filters can be annoying, I actually haven't cleaned mine by removing them, I just take some compressed air and blast the dust away. The HD bays are a pain if you plan on swapping hard drives often, however if you don't plan on re-arranging them then it really won't be a problem during the initial installation.

As for cables, the biggest issue you will run into is that the 20/24 pin ATX connector may not reach on certain PSU's, so you may want to invest in an extender, SATA cables haven't been an issue for me.

The 200mm fan seems pretty durable, I've put some weight on it when it's been on and as long as you don't keep anything on top of it I'm sure it will be fine. The case itself can be silent if you turn down the fan speeds, or it can sound like a wind tunnel.

thanks, the air duster idea worked great. fitting all my extra cable in the back has been a pain in the a** though. my seasonic powersupply has really thick cable and the door does close but it flexes a little. i they had made the case just a little wider for more room in the cabling area. i'm gonna keep playing with it, i don't know that the door is flexing outward though...

My side door is flexing a bit as well due to all the cables, I'm afraid if I open it I'll lever get it back on, haha
