antec sonata 3 and P190

I'm really liking the sonata 3. Can the added 500W power supply handle a 8800gts.

hmmm the earthwatts 500w is a decent psu, depends on what the rest of the system looked like as to if it could handle the GTS. I think it would be fairly borderline to be honest but probably about enough

The p190 looks like a beast, however it's probably ALOT more expensive than the Sonata III.

I would count that as being much more expensive.

what about a compromise? you could get a p180 for ~$100

it just has the fan on the top, instead of the side (which i think actually looks kinda cool)

That PSU should have no problems with an 8800GTS.
