Antec TRUEPOWERII 430 Watt

Yes, I read the PSU 101 thread.

My Thermaltake Silent PurePower 420W (18A/12V) died on me after only 3 months... so, I just ordered the Antec TRUEPOWERII 430 Watt from Newegg. Albeit a bit late, is this a good investment? In addition to the hardware in my signature, I've also got 4 case fans, a HDD fan, VGA cooler, and two optical drives.

Hopefully, someone can give me some advice... I've got till noon (EST) tomorrow to cancel my order.
 
Thermaltake doesnt know how to make PSUs :P The Antec TruePower is a very nice PSU there :)
 
Thanks for the quick reply... I was just a little worried because it costs almost three times what I paid for the Thermaltake.
