anti virus over a network?

does an application have to be installed on each machine or just the domain controller?


60 computers 4 servers split over 3 buildings connected by VPN with each building split into VLANs

i would think it would only be on the domain controller to stop users turning it off ?

its for a college project not real life

By rules you should install AntiVirus software on every machine servers and workstations. If you are an educational establishment products like AVG are free for you.
