Anti virus

I've been having virus related problems with my computer lately...i have the sp2 firewall but no virus scan or anything like that....what should i use for anti spyware, anti adware, anti maleware, and antivirus...
 
Avast antivirus is good and also AVG for your Antivirus.

Just google them up.

Spyware sweeper is good for spyware although its not free.
