No complaints never means it is always 100% either. There's no such thing as a completely fool proof program since new viruses and trojans are being written to slip right past them. Even the best firewalls have worries at times. While AVG has been a champ here I've seen a few things get past it while not as commonly seen as with other programs. Being ready to use more then one increases detection and protection there.
