They may or may not depending on what else you have running on the system. AVG runs here with Windows Defender, AdAware, AVG Anti-Spyware Free, and InstallSpy without any conflicts. But LiveOneCare is a totally different software package. You could set them to scan at different times to avoid clashes with each one's own schedular.
