I somewhat know my way around a computer but this stumps me. I have a Acer aspire one netbook that has lost a file and won't boot up. So I finally got Acer to send me the recovery discs and this is about as far as I have gotten on it. I put in the 1st of the 3 discs and it goes through then it told me to put in the first recovery disc (disc 2) and it got about 75% and told me it could not continue. I tried it a second time got about 25% through disc 2 and it just stopped, no error messages just froze and wouldn't move. Please help with this issue if you can. Also anyone have any personal reviews on a Toshiba satellite L645, it's my new laptop to replace the acer netbook. Thanks

If you want my advice I would dump the ACER Netbook, you can buy a ACER e-machine E442 at Best Buy for around $375 and it will give you much better service then the netbook.
As for the Toshiba I have no idea, I did notice a bunch of people buying the Toshiba brand at Best Buy the day before Thanksgiving.
I bought the Acer e-machine also the H.P. Pavilion dv6 and then a ASUS G73hJ
So I am setting up three new laptops this week.:) I got the advice to get the ASUS brand from smart people on this forum.;)
