Any Cons of 4 x 1Gb sticks?

What would be the cons of me adding another 2Gb to my system? I am putting the same stuff in as before, G Skill 800Mhz 2 x 1Gb sticks...

There would be no negatives of adding to 2 gigabytes of memory to your 64-bit operating system. The only negatives I can think of is the money you will have to spend buying another 2 gigabytes.
