Any email client program (preferrably free if any) that works like MS Outlook?

Google basically said older MS Outlook users are not able to access the account after May 30. I am looking to find another email client program that works like Outlook without paying an on going subscription.
I prefer that following features:

• Supports multiple email accounts
• Able to write rules to handle the incoming mails
• Has calendar and contacts
• Task management
• Notes

Thunderbird is what I use.

BTW voyagerfan99, Thunderbird is no longer developed by Mozilla.
