All looks fine, but you may wanna consider an FX-6100, newer CPU from AMD and overclocks very well.

I'm not sure if you need 12GBs of RAM, just go for 2x4GB and have 8GB, then you can easily upgrade to 16GB in the future if need be.
 
Sell for? You selling this rig? Where and how and you are going to sell it?

I'd say around 1000 bucks would be all right, maybe less.
 
900 dollars? Possibly, maybe more like 800. I'm from the UK and use £ so I'm just converting what I think it's worth in £ to USD. You are in the States, right?

Yeah, try for 800, maybe 850 and see if you get any interest. How are you going to sell the rig?

So, without the SSD/hard drive, 800 or 850 you say?
 
Yeah anywhere from 750-850. 750 Canadian Dollars is around £470 which seems like a very good price for a system like that, minus a HDD/SSD. 800 would be good.

(actually some guy offered 850$ with my 128GB SSD), so I think i might as well just sell it to him.

I'm thinking of building a new rig, hopefully within the next month or so. But this time, intel and GTX!
