Any external cooling solutions for desktop pc?

its a hot day today and obviously my temp for the pc is higher too as a result. fan is going at max because of the temp at 3000rpm and quad cpu's are at about 58-60 degrees idle. mobo is about 45 degrees and hdd is about 42 degrees. Are these temps okay? It is a really warm day and the room i have the comp in gets warm easily when its sunny.
Was wondering if there are any external cooling solutions like external fans for desktop pcs out there that would work? I dont really fancy opening my computer up. Its never caused any problems so far.

The idle temps are WAY too high. As for external cooling solutions, you could get AC for your room. However i would suggest buying an aftermarket heatsink. Also, what CPU and motherboard and case do you have?

Hm, and you're using the stock cooler? Something seems wrong here. No way should your temp be that high. Try reseating the heatsink, it probably popped off.

there is no way to effectively cool your cpu without opening your case up that said i recommend the thermal right 90 heatsink with a 80 cfm fan or higher

could dust be making it hotter?
i havent cleaned it from the inside since i got the computer last summer... :P
and the vents are always dusty when i wipe them with a cloth
should i clean it inside?
what do i need to use to clean?

Just to clarify, all of your temps are fine except your processor.

Your P35 chipset is rated up to 100ºC and most HDD manufacturers recommend keeping your hard drive under 55ºC.

You can use a can of compressed air to clean out dust, but you'll have to remove the side panel of your case.

You'll want to do this when your computer is off. Also, make sure you follow the directions on the can of air to keep from accidentally blowing some of the compressed fluid onto your components.

Dust can cause it to heat up, but not to the extend of your CPU. Another thing to consider is a false reading. Where are you reading this temerature?

I took a pic of my current temp. Im using Everest. Core temp says has the same readings for cpu. that 65 degrees temp is for an external hdd.
