Have they fixed the super horrible freezing issues? If so i thought AA3 was pretty good other than that.

Yep, basically everything is fixed. When I say basically, I mean, everything besides computer or user error. But not everything has been unlocked, like some things were locked at the start (still I guess), and they have not been unlocked because the Dev(elopers)s were all sacked or moved or something.
They are still working on it though (different devs).

Fallout3 isn't online but is very very very fun, so much to do and see and alot to find

I find Rainbow Six Vegas 2 a great online multiplayer (and LAN).
Crysis Crysis wars (no its not a RTS).
