any good s478 socket mobo?

right now i am planning to upgrade my mobo, my current one is a MSI P4MAM-v which only supports 4x AGP and PC2100 rams. I want to get a s478 mobo mainly because i got my p4 3.0ghz not long ago. so i am looking at the asus p4p800 E-deluxe... it supports s478 p4, 8x AGP and PC3200 ddr rams(4GB max).... it is $130CAD on ncix.com. is it worth the money?... or do u guys have any other good suggestions?...

Depends on if you're going to use all 4 of the SATA and 3 PATA connections and want all the bells and whistles. If not you could save a few bucks and get the Asus P4P800 SE or the Abit AI7 or IS7. I tend to like the Abits because they have optical S/PDIF in/out and IEEE 1394 ports on a lot of their boards.
