any good web design freewares out there?

please let me know if you know of any webdesign freetwares . if not free, the best cheap software to create a basic e-commerce website .. thanks.
 
i am having issues with drupal! can not even get it installed. Perhaps i am not taking my time, but it seems a bit more complicated than what i am trying to do.. any other options out there? thanks.

I installed it and had it up and running in about 10 minutes with out ever using it before.

Make sure your web host meets all the requirements. There are other CMS out there but I have never used any of them except drupal.
 
a CMS is a great way for inexperienced webmasters to make a good looking and easy to use website.
