would that be any good for gaming? I heard that anything under 16ms response time is considered good for gaming, I want to get an LCD, the monitor I have now is 4 years old, and since I already spent like 550 or so dollars building a new comp, I might as well get a new monitor while Im at it, and while I still have money.

Though I would like to say I financed my comp through selling tons of useless shit (atleast to me), and buming 130 bucks off my parents, so I think I did a damn good job selling all the shit I had, and buming money.

yeah, the response time would be very good for gaming. my friend has an LCD with a 16ms response time and i couldn't see any blurring.
the native resolution is quite good too.

Just don't use the crappy speakers on the monitor. I bet they are around 2watt each. Buy some from Dell or Best Buy. Dell has a 5.1 sourround system, 500watt, $250. Be carefull at best buy. Some of their products are rip offs.

thingo's right monitor speakers look bad and perform worse, logitech or creative have some very good speakers at good proces
