Hey,
i am currently looking for a decent motherboard to suite my E6600,8800GTX, DDR2 ram and vista.. this is the one i have gone for:

is this any good? if not please direct me to somthing better:D
also i dont want to update a few months down the track, so somthing that is of good quality and wont need replacing too soon and somthing that is also good for games :)

Nope it doesn't work for me either, Anyway, for a good motherboard, I'd recomend Gigabyte 965P-DS3, or the S3. They're great boards!

anyway the MOBO im thinking of getting is the Asus P5B-Plus-Vista

supports Dual-channel DDR2 800/667/533..i would get ddr2 800 if you can :)

667 will be ok...how much you got to spend just on RAM?
maybe we can find some good ddr2 800 for you at a good price.

well im not 100% sure how much i will have.. at the moment im spending about $140 (aus) for two Gb and for the good 800Mhz ram i want by corsair it will cost $185 for just 1 Gig:eek:

Ok,Do you know any good aussie computer sites?if you can find one il try and have a look for 2Gb 800.

why does it have to be Corsair?

well that site that just crashed is the place im buying all my stuff off he is REALLY cheap and is also giving me discounts on everything but the sites broke so i cant check it out.

i only chose corsair because i know their one of the best but if a cheaper brand is going to do the same job im more than happy to go cheaper

cool the corsair ones are alot cheaper then where im going..the place im going is going to charge $370 for 2gb corsair.. the ones in the link are 800Mhz?
