Any noticable difference

Would i see any noticable difference in performance if i was to lower my multiplier and up the bus speed of my CPU? compared to my 260 x 10 now

just a little nooby question i thought

Not at all, If the effective clock stays the same. But some people like to lower the multiplier so they can try to squeeze all mhz they can out of a chip. Not much usually.
