kinda sounds weird everyone has an oppion but will it be useful??
anyway im starting to line things up for building a good comp to multitask at our store and wondering about RAM...i know ill need prolly at least 2Gb but what manufacturer and type? any of these look good?

k so im gonna sound like a retard right here but as for DDR or DDR2 which would work better, ive heard that DDR2 is what u want but then ive heard that DDR2 sucks lol. So what are their pros and cons exactly? and i guess ur right i should pick a motherboard and such but what kinda experiance have u had with different makers? and price shouldnt be too high but i could go up quite a ways(so not the best to ever be created obviously lol)

DDR2 is faster and newer then DDR and it should be around longer

ive heard good things about corsair and thats wut we put into one of our Dells(I know trust me i know) to get a little more out of it, so would this work well do u think?

yeah i am definatly going to get a Core 2 Duo but im not postitive which motherboard to go with for good performance and not an immense amount of heat or extremely expensive

To save costs you can get 945 boards that support Core 2, but I would take a 965 board. Albatron and Gigabyte have a few 965 models that are inexpensive and perform very well.

The Gigabyte 965P-S3 would be my choice for a cheaper Core 2 motherboard. With this board, as with most other Core 2 boards, you'll be using DDR2 memory.
