any power issue with my PC config?

Hi, this is the current config of my PC

Antec Neo Eco 400c (I guess it means 400watt)
Asus basic board
Intel i5 2400 @3.1
4GB X 2 (I don't know the details about the RAM)
DVD writer x1
Seagate 1T x1
Seagate 2T x2
No display card, no sound card etc

I'd liek to add one more internal 3.5'' hard drive which might be 4TB from Seagate or WD . I 'd like to know if there is any power issue with my current computer config.

Nah, if you get a video card you'll have to invest in another PSU though.

Most HDDs use under 10 watts a piece.

thank you , but I have already got three internal HDD, and is going to install a fourth internal HDD which is 4T. Could this be a problem?

He's saying you shouldn't have an issue adding another HDD. You'd only run into an issue with a GPU upgrade.
