Any problems with this CPU/GPU combination?

I'm getting an AMD Athlon 64 3500+ and a XFX GeForce 7800gt 450/1050mhz.
Will my cpu slow the graphics card down any? Will it even slow it down enough to make a significant difference? Oh btw i will be overclocking the cpu also. Thanks.

i dobut it......most games are gpu bound.:)

Most of the new ones anyway but you can still have bottleneck between the CPU and GFx card, in this case, he shouldn't. What RAM are you going to be getting?
