Any screen capture program like SnagIt

I have been using SnagIT for some time

SnagIt is great because it can automatically detect windows to circle and let print screen with a simple click, but I want a little bit more, I want that when it detects rectangular stuff, it will wisely show the capture region for me to choose whether I should take it or not. Because I need precise and nice dimension.
