Any site archive Youtube videos?

Is there any site like Wayback Machine that archives Youtube videos?

I realize this is probably virtually impossible because of how much data that is to store, but....
 
I would have to say it is definitely impossible, that would require massive infrastructure costing billions of dollars and I don't think there would've any legal way for them to monetise it
I don't think such a site would exist.
Some videos which have been removed, it is common if they are controversial for some members to capture the video and reupload it on YouTube
 
Not that I know of, best case is to search YouTube to see if that video was re-uploaded by someone else. Lots of videos have mirrors in case the original one goes down.
 
Since I changed my channel's format to gaming videos, I have gotten more views and subs. I'm almost to 900 subs now. Before I upload a video, I save a copy of the MP4 to my NAS.

He wants to find a way to watch YouTube videos that have been removed, not looking for a way to save his own videos.
