Any software to transport picture from windows into a full application?

I guess most of u dont understand what i mean, so ill give you a picture of it.. Im playing a game and recently dled a guide for it, instead of alt-tab to the writen guide ( in JPEG form ) back and forth that just wasting my time, is there any software that just appear like somekind of a thumbnail on top of the screen during my game, and allows me to scroll through it.. hope u guys get me :)
 
Hmmm.... I know what you mean but I don't quite believe that it exists, I can be wrong however, but I'm more than 50% sure that it doesn't.

No no no, he's downloaded a walkthrough for a game and he is tired to ALT+TAB all the time, so he wants to have a screen in screen picture, while playing the game he wants to be able to read the guide that's in the corner of the screen.
