Any way to connect DVR to my computer?

I recorded something that I wanted to put on my computer's Hard Drive. I have a Comcast DVR DCT3416 I. It has Ethernet, USB, SATA, and IEEE 1394 in the back, is there a way I can connect it to my computer? No idea if it's possible, but I'd like to get the recording because I want to show everyone I was on the news. :P

My computer has SATA, but it didn't want to plug in to the DVR... the Sata cable was the wrong size or something...

Like I said earlier, if has a Ethernet port on it, is it possible to connect it through there?
 
Does it have a manual?
Ethernet would lead me to believe its doable.
If you still have the manual, see if it says anything about conecting to PC.
