Any way to oc a OEM mobo?!

ok i got a new mobo coming soon and i wanted to try OCing(i dont care if i brake it) on this one but its OEM
is there anyway i can OC anything? ram or processor or whatever?
or i will have to wait for my new mobo to be shipped?
edit: its a VIA KT133 mobo

VIA KT133 generally suck for overclocking, and i doubt it will have an unlocked BIOS with the features you need. If it does it is somewhat possible, and even still Clockgen MIGHT work...but i wouldn't get your hopes up. Even if it was fully unlocked and BIOS is overclocking friendly the VIA KT133 is a pretty outdated chipset and wasn't designed for overclocking.
 
ok and my cpu is always working at 22C is that possible? or my heatsink si broken?
and with PCwizard my temperature all the time change to 22.58 to 22.15 without any reason is that normal?
