anybody elses aim 6.0 not working?

every time i try to log in, says sever error has occurred. i've already tried reinstalling it, but it just says the same thing. anyone know what the problem is?

edit: well it's been a day now and i thought it would be working, but it still not. it works on my laptop though, if that helps.

sorry, i know this is still on the first page, but its been 2 days already and no replies.

last night i tried talking to those aim live support people but they couldnt help either.

5.9 works fine for me, but i want to use 6.0. maybe its a firewall problem? i dont know a whole bunch about these things, but i turned off my norton security but it still doesn't work, if anyone has any ideas for my 6.0 to work, please help
