Anybody shopped at CartDiscounts.com?

Has anybody ever bought anything from this site? I can't tell that the site is reputable. Cartdiscounts.com

They have an Item I need at the best price but.... They say they accept Google checkout and paypal but only credit card appears on checkout. However, they do come up in google checkout searches.
 
To my knowledge this website (cartdiscounts.com) has never shipped a single item. Please note: The phone number listed on their website has been disconnected. You may contact them via their website, but you will never receive a response.

If you have placed an order with them, they will bill your credit card within the first 24 to 48 hrs. You will receive an email stating that they have received your order. Shortly after that you will receive another email stating that your order has shipped.

These two emails are the only two that you will receive from this organization. If you feel that you have been a victim of fraud, please contact the BBBOnline.
