Anyone have any reccomendations for a headset?

I'm looking for a headset (headphones + mic). It has to be USB with sound card included (usually found in the volume control on the cord). Other than that .. I prefer over-ear headphones to on-ear.

They will be used primarily for games / voice chat.

Price range is around $100

Any suggestions are appreciated
