anyone know anything about itunes

Please can anyone help, i have itunes and had it for a while everything working fine, then went to download a song the other week and it says im not authorized to have the download error code 5000 i have been intouch with itunes and they told me what to do as in unistalling itunes and reinstalling disabliing my internet security, all this i have done but nothing is working i just dont get it it was ok a few months ago and even itunes support are not sure whats happened it is annoying i cant get any new songs i dont get it because ive never had a problem and ive not changed anything on the pc im running windows xp media centre, 1 teribate hard drive split into two 500 gig 3 gig of memory please can anyone help

Sorry, it's not a folder but an option in the iTunes menues.

Edit > Preferences > Advanced > iTunes Media folder location

Click "Change..." and try selecting a different folder and see if it works. Not sure if it will, just a possible solution I've found.
