Anyone know if a core 2 extreme can be OC'd

Just wondering if my processor and motherboard will support overclocking and if so how would I do it?

Be very careful. when you OC, you void the warranty on the CPU, RAM, (I think motherboard too) and if you ever wanted to, the Video card also.
