Anyone Knowledgeable in MSN?

My mom uses MSN on her desktop, but just recently she got a laptop. She went to setup MSN on her laptop and logged into her MSN account just like she does on her desktop. For some reason, her email inbox is emtpy except for an email that says "Welcome to MSN!" So it's treating her like a new user. She can log on at work to her MSN and all her email is there. Is there a reason why her email isn't showing up on her laptop?
 
It should show up all the e-mails anyways. It might be an account problem, like some error on her individual account. Do you have a MSN yourself? if so try using yours on the laptop.
 
Urgh, I had a problem when i reformatted with MSN using Messenger when i signed in it displayed no contacts but when i used my laptop and eBuddy they were all there it will be an account problem not you
 
I don't have an MSN account, so I can't try it out for myself.

So you guys are saying it's an account problem? I guess I'll have to contact MSN and get them to fix it.
