Anyone now the application for resetting windows to first time bootup after drivers?

OK I use to build computers for a computer shop a while back, and I remember there was a application somewhere in like system or systems32 folder and it was to run first time start up again, but allowed you to go in to install drivers and then for the new owner to put there own username and time date and location etc .. , which was perfect for if your selling your computer and it looks real professional. i'm now selling my computer and it'd be cool to be able to do that but I can't remember what application it was.

I think you are searching for Sys Prep. Which is a MS tool that allows OEM buildings to go into windows to install and configure it, with out running any of the first time boot stuff or registration and activation stuff.
