Is it reliable??
I do not mean made in China. Even iPad is made in China
I mean the origin and the design is in China.
Because I am looking for a budget tablet.

Most stuff is made from China, the country is irrelevant as it is dependent on the quality standards set my the company who is requesting the product to be manufactured.

I guess more important are you asking about the quality of products made in China or are you asking about what many refer to as the "Chinese knock off" tablets which resemble something similar to an ipad or Samsung tablet?

On your Chinese knock off tablets they will often boast similar specs on the processor and RAM to the ipad or other popular tablets but not all ARM processors are not created equally. There processors are usually considerably slower and will often fail much sooner.

What is your budget?

Re-read what he wrote, he means buying a Chinese brand tablet versus one from Apple, Samsung, Asus, etc.

You can assume he is referring to the no-name Chinese knock offs that sell for $25 or $50 and you can't even find a website for the company.

Personally I'd buck up and get a Korean-made tablet due to the fact that they're more stable and reputable.
I'd try a electronics store near you. They most definitely would have something made/designed in China due to costs.
