Hey, i cant beleive i am asking this but here it goes. I have about $600 to spend on my computer upgrades. I need a new mobo+Processor+video card+PSU. If you could throw one together that would be great.
I already have this but just seeing if theres any better configurations:

One thing I would do is go for Socket 939. That way if you need to upgrade in the future. You wont have to buy a new motherboard, 754 will be outdated.

the 7600GT is a really good mid-range card. I have the 7600GS and it plays games maxed out for me.

Everything that Geoff recommends is great except the motherboard, it's a micro ATX and it has onboard video, I'm sure you don't want that so this is a pretty good mobo, I have it myself, you can OC with it very good. Max CPU voltage 1.6V, max DDR voltage 3.0V, pretty good features, good board for the price range.

7600GT is a great card, it will play everything on max if the other components are also good and yours are pretty damn good.. well at least they will be if you get them. lol

I know its micro-ATX and has onboard video, but the reviews said that it was a good board, and it was one of the only decent motherboards that i could find that stays under $600. Besides, onboard video may come in handy someday.

i like the x850xt better than 7600GT... (cus of the 16 pixel pipelines, 256-bit memory interface, and quieter and better cooling (if u get the HIS Hightech x850xt IceQ II )
it will also be able to play things at max with the other components...
but if u get that make sure u get the HIS Hightech x850xt IceQ II...
the other x850xt cards fans are loud and not cooling effecient... the ICeQ II's fan is quiet and very cooling effecient, and it will be more overclockable then the 7600GT...
