Anyone with Smartboard Notebook experience?

Hey everyone!

So, I have these computers that just don't want to work with the smartboard notebook software. It will connect to the screen, but using the smartboard ink-functions and so on is not doable.

So far I've tried to re-install, get different drivers and downgrade the software.

The computers are for the type -- HP Elitebook 8570p
I don't have the accurate specs in front of me, but if relevant, just ask for them and I'll find it.

Would be nice with some help on this. A real pain in my backside, this issue.

What operating system are you running? What version of SMART Notebook are you running?

Computers are running on Windows 7, and SMART Notebook 14

When you install the software, you are sure to check the box for SMART Ink and drivers? Open up the SMART control panel, does it give you an error saying with the connection to the SMART Board? Did you try loading the 11.4 software?
