Anything Holding me back?

Hey, i was just wondering if anything on my current setup would hold me back on OCing my proc...
Specs Follow:
E6750 @ 2.66ghz
Crucial BallistX DDR2 800mhz 2gigs
EVGA 680i TR edition mobo
8800gts 640mb

One thing holding me back right now would probably be cooling since im running stock
anyone know a good aftermarket heatsink/fan that would work well on a 680i?
since it is quite a tight fit as well...

no nothing in particular is holding you back, but if you just bought that 8800GTS i'd suggest returning it, as they are getting old now, like my 8800gt.

why? an FSB of 1600mhz yields a 1:1 ratio with 800mhz ram, it would take an fsb of 2132 to make 1066 worth it.

or is there another reason you would prefer 1066?

Why? For better overclocking overhead. An increase in FSB from 333 to 400 is great, but why not invest a few extra bucks to allow it to go a bit further. My system will run on a 510 FSB, but that would be near impossible if I used PC6400. When you're spending that much money to get your system running fast, spending a little bit extra can take you far.

2 GB GSkill DDR2 1066 Kit: $59.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231144

It's not a big difference in price, but it can make a big difference in performance.
