Aopen MX4GER Front Connectors Help!

As the topic says im having trouble connecting up my front connectors to my Aopen MX4GER motherboard. Iv followed the online manual and still nothing...

I have a ATX SW cable which i believe to be the power button, power led, hdd led, and reset.

SW goes to the pins marked SPWR the rest is pretty straight forward from what it look like in the manual
