aperature size?

I've downloaded cpu-z and in the graphic section of mainboard it says "aperature size: 128 MBytes". Does this mean that it limits my card to only use 128mb of VRAM, that would be bad since I have a 256mb card(agp). Or is it something completely different and irrelivant?

aperature size is the amount of system RAM your video card is 'allowed' to use

does that mean when it runs out of video ram it can use up to 128mb of my 512mb of pc3200 to load textures and whatnot?
