Any ideas what does it mean??? Using Window Vista. Need to remove the videos but I can't it crashes.

Try getting rid of some firewalls/anti-virus programs. Could be the program trying to stop some kinda risk.

Or instead try to get better antivirus protection, this could be a virus as explorer.exe could be infected. Also try "unlocker" this is a free program which you can download and it will tell you what is using that file, you can then unlock it and remove it, maybe.
Tell us how you get on!!!!

How bout this. Delete ALL your anti-virus programs/firewalls/etc... and test it then. Then, download an anti-virus program ( there's one that's free, I can't remember it i keep thinking AGP or something)

a lot of people have this problem so why u just use the some fixing program or format the computer its the fastest way much better...

I've found AVG to be more or less terrible. Avast on the other hand has kept many an old carelessly used computer running when it has no business to be doing so (You all know the type, Uncle sam's old P4 and whatnot). Only disadvantage is its a ram hog, which, while it can be reduced by disabling some unneeded options, still might bog down an older system.

I will try to remove my anti virus ,then after deleting the culprit movies will tell you thanks.

I can't reformat my hard drive C 'cause I had a lots of program installed in it.I got PC Booster program but doesn't do anything to remove that culprit movies. I will try to move files and leave that movies in one folder try to delete it, I hope will do the trick!

About antivirus I got COMODO antivirus and security which is more better than AVG and Avast!!! I did tried both said antivirus but COMODO the best free antivirus program . just Google this and download ,try it ,it's free.

About the unlocker program it didn't work either??

I did removed the culprit movies by isolating the folder and deleting it, just one seconds all movies that crashes were all gone .
