hi have a appple G4 and im wondering what can i remove that i dont need im only useing it 4 i tunes and internet and im trying to edit videos

yes i just dont know what else to get rid of cause im afraid i might ruin the computer buy deleting somthing inprotent

OK, Here is a list of things you can probably get rid of.
Anything in /Applications that you don't use or want, because those are just Applications.
/Library and /System just stay out of. You can download an app called "cocktail" which will get rid of temp files and such.
Though, what I really do gotta ask is, why not just buy another IDE hard drive? I mean they got to be super cheap these days, and super easy to install and it solves your problem and gives you room to grow. however, that G4 is super old so I would not invest too much money into it as the most basic model of a Mac mini is already like 5x times the machine of that G4.
