Apple Magic Mouse

Your thoughts?

Personally, I think they've got some revisions to make. The shape is uncomfortable and the multi-touch is more painful than functional.

Then again, I'm not sure how you could make multi-touch on a mouse truly user friendly.

Yes, all Apple mice have had right click for years. Old stigma....
They have

I've just used command+click on our school iMacs, I honestly had no clue those mice had right-click... I'd imagine it being uncomfortable anyways, I tried holding it like a "normal PC mouse" when I started out and clicking it like one (with my index finger) felt horrible... I like it much better just holding it at my fingertips roughly in the middle of the mouse.

Does it have right-click?

Yes, My old mighty mouse has it and the new(ish) magic mouse has it as well. You just click on the right portion of the mouse.

I do not like hardly any Apple Mice and never really have. I love their touch pads, but I will keep my logitec and razor mice.

I agree, I love my Logitech nano. The 2 way weighted scroll wheel is a godsend for long lists.

My mighty mouse is alright, it's just way too basic.

Apple has always believed in providing something out of the box to its customers and the Magic mouse was not any different. The design is quite different than the normal one's, so I think that it would take sometime getting accustomed to using it. Although, it is sure to win many hearts with its fascinating design, it would be interesting to see how many people would fall for it.

I love the idea of mouse gestures, because I use them in my browser all the time. I just don't like the Apple mice all that much, never really have either. I don't mind them, but given a choice I wouldn't choose them.
