Applications Blocked From GPU & Graphic Driver Stopping

Both these things are happening. I am getting these Windows error messages when running games, or 3D applications.

1) "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered."
2) "Application has been blocked from accessing graphic hardware."

The first error was just happening before, crashing applications. So I went and updated everything... Now both are showing up. These errors are stopping applications from running, or even launching.
I have un-installed and re-installed all AMD drivers and software.
Tried this Microsoft solution, with no avail.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Intel i5-3570K
AMD Radeon HD 7850 - Crossfire
20G Ram
 
It's usually a driver issue but since this is windows 10, driver may not be fully compatible with it. Lots of issues yet with windows 10. If you are overclocking, remove it and go back to stock to see if things get better.
