Apps.inf and security problem?

Maybe someone can help me out. I have Windows ME, and I've been reading this forum and fixed all of my problems but these two:

My "apps.inf" file is missing, but when I go to put it into my "INF" folder, I see this: (not a folder but a file)

Also, I've ran Hijackthis, antispy, spybot, ect. and still get this error message:

Can anyone help me out?

Not sure what you're asking on the first one, but the second one definately looks like malware. Post the Hijackthis log in the Computer Security forum.

Thanks for the reply, what I mean in the first question is that my computer says something like "apps.inf file missing, please put in INF folder." But when I extracted apps.inf, and go to put it in the folder there is none, only a INF file? If won't let me create a INF folder either because there is a INF file already. Thats what I tried to point out in the first pic (but forgot to "point" it out :o )

Thanks, I'll post the log in the other section.
