Aquiring IP address................

I have a PC with a wireless card three rooms away and lately I can't use it because the system can't aquire the IP address. I picked up a Linksys extender but still can't aquire the IP. THe signal is 100% and the Quality is 90% with or without the extender.
I restart the router without luck, I restart the extender, no help. It says Limited or no connectivy.

I have two Laptops and my Iphone I tested at the PC location and all three connect fine.

What can I do to aquire the IP at the PC when everything else works?

I forgot to say.

I have a 6.0 DSL line and a modem/router from Centurytel. There can't be a problem with the DSL or the modem or the router since everything works fine.

Still on XP for now on that pc. All others that work are XP also and aquiring IP perfectly

Just try deleting the wireless connection for your network and reset it back up. Usually works.

Tried that........right now I thinking I'll replace the wifi pci card if everything else fails.
