Hi there a few months back i was asking about backing up a system, and a few recommended arconis, well i got Arconis PC backup and recovery and installed it today, just need to know how to use it, when i click on one click protection it asks me for a password but it never asked me to make one so im a little stuck, what do i do about this password , does anyone know would be most grateful if any of you can help.

Hi,If this is the first time your backing up then maybe its (In other words) asking for you to "create" a password and not actually asking you "what" the password is.

Try entering what you would like as a password and see if it continues onto the next step. :)
