Are any of the Dell 710 XPS can be overclocked?

I am thinking about getting the quad there, they do have a "Factory overclocked" quad all the way to 3.2 GHz, but they over price it to hell.

if i get a regular quad system from them, can i overclock or they still hvae this dell lock to be not able to overclock their systems?

build a system for a ton less. dont even buy a quad prebuilt because they think no one has ever heard of "quad" so they jack the price like crazy
