And also, there is this thing for both of them that says ATA 100 ---running, ATA 133 (something like that) available. how do I get it to the ATA 133 or what ever?

Dude i belive its hard for me to understand that benchmark. Easier if used 3dmark06 and told us your graphics score and ur CPU score :)
